Cancellation with regards to Retreats in the Retreat Pass.

If you cannot attend a retreat you have booked with your retreat pass you must give at least 28 days notice. The retreat credit will be transferable once to any other retreat of the same value that has availability. There is only one change allowed per pass. If it is less than 28 days you can transfer your place to a friend of choice as long as we have their name, contact number and medical questionnaire before the retreat day. Under no circumstances will refunds be issued. If you are on the 6 retreat pass the credit will be valid for any of the following year's retreats.
