MUM & BABY YOGA

A postpartum yoga class aimed specifically at re-building your core after pregnancy and childbirth. It is important you don't jump straight back into intense exercise as your body needs time to heal and recover. This class is suitable from 6 weeks post vaginal brith and 8 weeks post c-section, up until your little ones are on the move and crawling.

We start our class with baby yoga - which they love. You take their little bodies through their full range of movement and help them to stretch out whilst causing lots of giggles. We do some yoga just for mum and then some fun, partner yoga to do together. It's a very relaxed class and is ruled by the babies! It's a beautiful way to bond and have fun with your baby, meet other mums and have a hot cup of tea and biscuit at the end.

Classes are booked in 6 week blocks for £66.

You'll receive a beautiful wooden rattle for baby and a sweet treat for yourself.

You are welcome to trial this class for £11 before committing to the block.

I highly recommend My Yogi Tribe. It's been a saviour through this unpredictable time in our lives. But being able to do yoga with my baby and meet other mums has really been the light within such dark times. Sam really makes us new mums so comfortable, no matter how nervous (or hormonal) we may feel before hand.
