We start by grounding down and settling into our space, before reflecting on our past lunar month. Learning a little about the current full moon and journaling with some prompts. We then flow through a lovely all level yoga practice before settling down for a cosy relaxation. We then head to the firepit to toast marshmallows and release what no longer serves us.

The most beautiful evening in this stunning vineyard. We flow through a soft vinyasa surrounded by nature, listening to the birds singing. We watch the cloud float by during a guided meditation. Then head up to the terrace for Mezze boards and a glass of wine or soft drink (included in your ticket) while the sun sets. The perfect Friday evening.

The same incredible event just outdoors!
We start with some gentle breathwork and movement before settling in for a beautiful cacao ceremony. I'll guide you on a journey to connect in with your heart while sipping this heart opening plant medicine. You'll then settle down under blankets and float away with a dreamy soundbath. I will then come round and give you all a 5 minute mini Indian Head Massage.
Silent Disco Yoga

Jodi and I have teamed up to bring you the ultimate Friday night! There's a welcome drink and sweet treat, before we give you your headsets for the evening. We then guide you through a flowing outdoor vinyasa whilst listening to chilled Ibiza tunes! The headsets really help you to immerse yourself in your practice!

Our first outdoor retreat of the year!
We start with welcome drinks and fruit platters. Followed by an uplifting vinyasa flow. We settle down listening to the birds singing before a beautiful soundbath. We then explore a harnessing your power workshop.
Before tucking into a delicious nourish bowl lunch. We let everything settle as we move through a restorative yoga practice surrounded by nature, then finish with a sister cirlce around the firepit.

Reset After Summer Yoga Retreat

Our second outdoor day retreat of the Summer. As always we start with welcome drinks and fruit platters and we begin to get to know each other. We then flow through a sunny vinyasa yoga practice. Before floating off with a dreamy soundbath. We break for a delicious lunch before getting crafty with our dreamcatcher workshop. The afternoon consists of restorative yoga and sister circle around the fire pit with sweet treats.
Autumn Release Yoga Retreat

The Birches, Rayleigh (Behind Asda)
This retreat has our special guests The Conscious Heart Warriors joining us. We start with a beautiful conscious breathwork session. Followed by a warm lunch to bring you back down to earth. We then move slowly and with purpose through our yin yoga practice. Settling in for a dreamy yoga nidra relaxation before finishing with sweet treats.
Christmas & Bubbles Yoga Retreat
Sunday 7th December 1-5pm
£75 a ticket (or pay in 3 x £25)

We start with a glass of Prosecco on arrival and tuck into a warm festive curry made by our private chef. We then get creative with our bauble decorating workshop. We settle down for an enchanting sound bath and some gentle yin yoga and yoga nidra.
We end with a fire promise circle outside around the firepit.

I have been to the Pregnancy Yoga Retreat and the Cosy Winter Retreat. Have thoroughly enjoyed both! Have come away feeling so spoilt and positive. So great to have dedicated “me time” and experience new activities that promote positivity and mindful thinking. I also love how they support local business and promote women. Sam, Sammi and Kerri are all so welcoming - love the Yogi Tribe!
