The Lake at Nine Acres, Eastwood SS9 5QT
We start by grounding down and settling into our space, before reflecting on our past lunar month. Learning a little about the current full moon and journaling with some prompts. We then flow through a lovely all level yoga practice before settling down for a cosy relaxation. We then head to the firepit to toast marshmallows and release what no longer serves us.

This new event is designed for mother's and their 8-13 year old child (boy or girl).
• Reflection, journaling & gratitude (notebooks provided)
• Flowing yoga
• Guided meditation and breathwork
• Marshmallows round the fire.
There will be changing themes but focused around anxiety, overwhelm, big emotions and changing bodies.

Cacao & Sound

The dreamiest of combos! We start with gently moving our bodies before sitting with our cacao and being guided through a heart opening meditation.
You'll then get cosy under blankets to drift off into ultimate relaxation with a soundbath. You also receive a 5 minute Indian head massage!
Yin & Cacao

Another lovely combo! We start with sitting with our cacao and being guided through a heart opening meditation. Thinking about all your heart desires.
We then move through a slow and purposeful yin yoga practice. Think long holds and lots of releasing and stillness. Giving you time to really tune into those hearts desires the cacao will have stirred up.
Flow & Feast

Sunset Yoga & Grazing. Golden hour yoga and breathwork with incredible views, finishing with an abundant grazing table. BYO drinks/wine welcome, soft drinks will be provided. Then a brownie gift to take home.

For babies from 6/8 weeks until and including crawling. A lovely morning spending time together outdoors in our beautiful tents. Mum and baby yoga, crafting keepsakes, photo corners, letter writing and a present to take home.

Nicola
I have been to the Pregnancy Yoga Retreat and the Cosy Winter Retreat. Have thoroughly enjoyed both! Have come away feeling so spoilt and positive. So great to have dedicated “me time” and experience new activities that promote positivity and mindful thinking. I also love how they support local business and promote women. Sam, Sammi and Kerri are all so welcoming - love the Yogi Tribe!
