We start by grounding down and settling into our space, before reflecting on our past lunar month. Learning a little about the current full moon and journaling with some prompts. We then flow through a lovely all level yoga practice before settling down for a cosy relaxation. We then head to the firepit to toast marshmallows and release what no longer serves us. ​

This new event is designed for mother's and their 8-17 year old child (boy or girl).

There will be changing themes but focused around anxiety, overwhelm, big emotions and changing bodies.
