Our friendly classes across Essex are designed especially for expectant mums who want to stay active, stretch comfortably, and take time to unwind.
Whether you’re completely new to yoga or already practice regularly, you’ll be supported in a relaxed, welcoming environment.

What to Expect in Class

Each session includes:

  • Gentle, pregnancy-safe yoga poses to help you stretch and move with ease

  • Breathing techniques for birth to help you stay in control

  • Birth preparation topics including: birth positions, BRAIN, birth preferences, role of the birth partner, natural pain relief as well as medical and so much more.

  • Guided relaxation to help you connect and bond with your growing baby.

These classes are all about feeling comfortable in your changing body, building confidence for birth, and sharing space with other local mums-to-be.

When You Can Join

You’re welcome to start from around 12–13 weeks into your pregnancy and continue until baby arrives.
All equipment is provided, so there’s no need to bring a mat — just yourself, some water, and an open mind.
